Bonjour! What have you been up to during the pandemic period?
We all know that staying at home can be boring. Even I wish to head out as soon as the end of CB to relish my usual entertainment such as watching movies at the theater, heading out for all-you-can-eat buffets etc. But... what about other things which you would never imagine fulfilling without this pandemic.
People are always so busy chasing after their dreams and aspirations that they forget the simple pleasures in life. These include spending quality time to bond with your family members, allocating time for oneself to retreat, picking up a new instrument or passion etc.
From here on, I will introduce some cool activities!

1. Get FIT!
Many a time we are spending time working, watching videos, hanging out with our closest friends. But how long has it been since you last worked out?
It may be for different reasons. To be fit, to look good, to feel healthy. It can be for any reason, but always remember, exercising should make you feel good about yourself and boost your self-esteem!

2. Keep your KACH$NG in check
When was the last time you checked up on your expenses? Are you actually spending way more than you thought you were? Now is the time! Log in and look at your bank statements, bills etc for your monthly spending. Who knows, you might be surprised!!!

3. Engage in "Spark Joy" Activities
Healing activities include:
Reading books
Watching Netflix
Binge watching dramas/videos
Learning a string instrument eg guitar, ukulele
Skyping with friends
Cooking, baking
Donating surplus cash

Let's all make full use of the next 22 more days till the end of CB to do something meaningful in our lives.
