
Welcome back once again! This week I will be sharing something different. One of my NY Resolution is to get fit and stay healthy! And of course, being the usual me, I have yet to accomplish that since the past 4 months. Soooo I will be sharing with you my workout journey, stay tuned to it!
First of all, what am i exercising for? When one decides to add an item in his or her bucket list, he or she should ask, what's the purpose and what's the outcome at the end of the day. Thus, I am going to share that in regards to my workout regime.
I am doing it during the circuit breaker period to at least get some workout and get rid of my sedentary lifestyle (hehe i know XD). I look forward to a healthier, more toned body. Not neglecting, an improved lifestyle as well.
So, what is my exercise regime?
I found a bite-sized 6 steps with 2 sets workout which would not take more than an hour to complete. I'm not too sure where I found this but I had this on my room's wall for at least 4 yearssssss!!!
This is already my 2nd day into it and I am anticipating some form of positive changes in my body, lifestyle and mood. Not gonna lie, it is indeed hard to start and keep up with a brand new workout regime, it really requires and tests one's determination and perseverance!
*At the end of the 2nd day, what's really important is not the speed in which you execute these workout, BUT the form your body is in while executing.
